Our event space sits in one of the oldest buildings in Argyle, freshly renovated into a beautiful setting with seating for up to 200 guests. Coupled with the bar and available prep kitchen, there is plenty of space for your occasion.

Planning a wedding can be stressful. We provide many of the items typically brought in from outside vendors — glassware, linens, dinnerware, and other specialty items for service or decoration — to make it easy for our customers to plan and execute their dream wedding or reception.

Additional costs to plan for

The following are not included in the rental price and are budgeted for separately:

• Bar and beverage packages — open bar, cash bar, and a la carte drink options are priced per person or per service, in addition to the rental fee. Your bartender and bar glassware are included in the full venue package; the drinks themselves are not.
• Additional bartenders — one is included in the full venue package. A second is available for $350. Two bartenders are recommended for events over 60 guests.
• Food and catering — the venue does not provide food or catering services. Outside catering is allowed with written permission.
• Entertainment — DJ, band, AV equipment, and similar services are arranged independently.
• Photography, florals, and décor — coordinated through outside vendors of your choice.
