The Legacy of Argyle is a distinctive setting for corporate gatherings, holiday parties, team events, and professional receptions. Our renovated historic building in downtown Argyle seats up to 200 guests with a full bar, prep kitchen, and climate-controlled space.

What’s included in the rental

• Exclusive use of the venue for your booked hours (setup and teardown time must be included in the rental window)
• Farmhouse tables and chairs configured for your guest count
• Full bar area with high-top seating
• Prep kitchen access
• Climate-controlled space
• Bar glassware included when bartender service is added

Additional costs to plan for

The following are not included in the hourly rental rate and are billed separately:

• Bartender service — $50/hr per bartender if alcohol will be served. Two bartenders are recommended for events over 60 guests.
• Bar and beverage packages — open bar, cash bar, and a la carte options are priced separately in addition to the rental fee.
• Cleaning fees — billed based on event length. See the Bar Rental or Full Lower Space pages for fee breakdowns.
• Food and catering — the venue does not provide food. Outside catering is permitted with written permission.
• AV equipment, entertainment, and vendor services — arranged independently through outside vendors.
• All charges plus applicable sales tax.
