Rental packages
Choose the space that fits the event.
Rates below are per-event or per-hour depending on the rental type. Time needed for setup and teardown must be included in the rental time.
Rental of the Bar
Bar & cocktail space only — max ~50 seated
- Friday–Sunday$100/hr
- Monday–Thursday$75/hr
Plus applicable sales tax.
Rental of Full Lower Space
Bar + ballroom — up to 200 seated
- Friday–Sunday$200/hr
- Monday–Thursday$175/hr
Plus applicable sales tax.
Cleaning fees vary by rental type and event length. See the Bar Rental or Full Lower Space pages for cleaning fee breakdowns. The full venue package includes cleanup.
Not included in any rental price
- Bartender service — $50/hr per bartender if alcohol is served ($75/hr for a two-bartender setup). One bartender is included in the full venue package; it is an add-on for all hourly rentals.
- Bar and beverage packages — open bar, cash bar, and a la carte options are priced separately, on top of the space rental fee.
- Cleaning fees — vary by rental type and event length; included in the full venue package but billed separately for hourly rentals. See Bar Rental and Full Lower Space pages for breakdowns.
- Food and catering — the venue does not provide any food services. Outside catering is allowed with written permission.
- Loft access — not included in any hourly rate. Available as an add-on for the Full Lower Space at +$50/hr.
- Outside vendor services — entertainment, photography, florals, décor, and similar services are arranged independently through outside vendors.
- All prices plus applicable sales tax.
