- Usage of property from 8:00 am – 12:00 midnight.
- If no event is the night before, access after 2:00 pm is included for decorating and rehearsals.
- Wooden chairs and farmhouse tables.
- Set up and tear down of all reception tables and chairs.
- Climate-controlled venue space.
- Prep kitchen.
Optional add-ons

Loft Upstairs
Use of the loft upstairs as a getting-ready or storage space. Tables and chairs can be added for an additional 50 seated guests.
Upstairs Office
Use of one upstairs office as an additional space.
Additional event hour: +$250 per additional hour with 2-hour advance notice.
Not included in the package price
- Food and catering — the venue does not provide food or catering. Outside catering is permitted with written permission.
- Loft and office access — available as paid add-ons; see the add-ons section above.
- Entertainment, photography, florals, and décor — arranged and paid for independently through outside vendors.
- All charges plus applicable sales tax.
