Full and partial open bar.
Bar service is run by The Legacy of Argyle. Bartenders are Legacy staff and bar glassware is provided. Guests can still purchase their own drinks from the bar regardless of which package is chosen.
Full Open Bar Package
Sponsored by client
The client sponsors the bar in full — ordered and paid for in full on the day of the event or in advance. Guests do not pay for drinks.
Partial Bar Package
Client hosts part of the bar
The client hosts part of the beverage selection. Certain items are not included, and guests pay for those “by the glass.”
Combination
Open bar for select hours, then by the glass
The client purchases an open bar or cocktail hour for guests for select hour(s) of the event. Once that time frame is complete, guests pay for drinks “by the glass.”
Cash Bar
Guests purchase their own drinks
Guests purchase their own beverages, priced “by the glass.”
Items to confirm
- Confirm how guest counts, age groups, and hourly open bar billing should be tracked.
- Confirm beer service format: tap, cans, bottles, or a combination.
- Confirm whether guests may request or bring special wine and what corkage cost applies.
Open bar pricing is in addition to your space rental fee
- Per-person open bar rates are charged on top of whichever space rental option you book — they do not include the cost of the venue itself.
- Legacy of Argyle bartenders and bar glassware are included. Water glasses are not.
- Food and catering are not covered by any bar package and are not provided by the venue. Outside catering is permitted with written permission.
- All charges plus applicable sales tax.
