Space details

Bar plus ballroom for larger events.

Maximum recommended capacity: 200 seated guests.
Time for setup and teardown must be included in the rental time.
Bar space includes high-top tables with chairs.
Ballroom tables and chairs are set to a comfortable level for the party size.
If alcohol is served, add $50 per hour for one bartender and all bar glassware, except water glasses.
If a second bartender is needed, alcohol service is +$75 per hour instead of +$50 per hour.
A minimum of 2 bartenders is recommended for events over 60 guests.
Loft access is not included but can be added for +$50 per hour.
Tables and chairs can be added to the loft for an additional 50 seated guests; visibility from the loft to the lower floor is limited.
This rental does not include the loft as a default.

Cleaning fees

Cleaning fees cover general maintenance, trash collection, restrooms, and keeping the space presentable.

Bartender service — not included. Add $50/hr for one bartender or $75/hr for two. Two bartenders are recommended for events over 60 guests.
Bar and beverage packages — open bar, cash bar, and a la carte options are billed separately on top of the hourly rental rate.
Loft access — not included in the base rate. Add $50/hr; tables and chairs can be configured for up to 50 additional guests.
Cleaning fees — billed separately based on event length; see the fee table above.
Food and catering — the venue does not provide food. Outside catering is permitted with written permission.
Entertainment, photography, and other vendor services — arranged independently.
All charges plus applicable sales tax.
